Norfolk Southern

Norfolk Southern and former Conrail searchlight signals can be connected to the Signalist SC1 as in the below diagrams. For former Norfolk and Western signals see the Norfolk and Western page.

Note that when using the CV38=8 configuration, flashing aspects can be achieved by toggling between the solid aspect and dark. Software such as JMRI will do this automatically.

In JMRI use DCC Signal Mast Decoder for CV38=76, CV38=77, CV38=132 and CV38=129. For CV38=8 use Double Output for each head. Visit the JMRI NS-2008 signal system to see the available mast types.
